Sound Meditations, also known as Sound Baths and Sound Healings, are an ancient modality that uses sound frequencies to re-balance and re-tune your body back into wellness, peace and self love.

They are a beautiful experience that usually brings about a feeling of unburdening, lightness, inner peace & stillness and deep grounding.

Each Vocal Sound Meditation is unique as healing frequencies of the participants channel through me to release lower frequencies held within your body and bioenergetic field and allow you to feel calmer, lighter and grounded back in your body again.

As a Sound Facilitator, Quantum Vocalist & Expression Coach, I am passionate about helping people unlock and release these unspoken vibrational blocks to give greater voice to their true feelings and gain back the power and freedom in their lives.  I share my knowledge and training from over 25 years in vocal performance, spiritual practice, teaching and facilitating educational and interactive workshops as well as my own transformational journey. These experiences allow me to guide my clients through a frequency cleanse and towards balanced expression, empowered voice, emotional release & expansion, and freedom and happiness on multiple levels of their well-being.
